The conference was held face-to-face in Bismarck, ND. Sessions were focused on OER best practices, development, and implementation. Participants were able to learn strategies for effective OER course marking and provide feedback on developing a system-level policy. The keynote presentation allowed participants to learn foundational steps for advocating for OER with institutional and state leaders.
